the note for £35 due four years after the testator's death from sonJohn dated 5 August 1803 to be shared equally among the heirs.
the note for £30 that comes due nine years after the testator' s deathfrom son Nicholas (II) dated 5 August 1803 less £4.14. 8 becauseNicholas (II) had previously paid the testator £37.17. 7, theremainder to be divided equally among the heirs.
the note for £30 due fourteen years fter the testator's death from sonNicholas (II) dated 5 August 1803 to be divided equally among theheirs.
