6.) Heirs of daughter Elizabeth to receive:
the note due two years after the testator's death from son John dated5 August 1803 to be shared equally among the heirs.
the note for £30 due seven years after the testator's death from sonNicholas (II) dated 5 August 1803 less £4.14.8 because Nicholas (II)had previously paid the testator £37.17.7 the remainder to be dividedequally among the heirs.
the note for £30 due twelve years after the testator's death from sonNicholas dated 5 August 1803 to be divided equally among the heirs.
the sum of £4.17.6 out of the note for £30 due sixteen years after thetestator's death from son Nicholas (II) dated 5 August 1803 to bedivided equally among the heirs.
The testator, Nicholas Young (I), directed an amount of his personalproperty sufficient to cover his debts and funeral expenses be soldand the remainder to be given to his widow Rachel for as long as shedid not remarry. In the event of her remarriage the testator'sremaining personal property was then to be sold and the proceedsdivided equally between his three sons. Rachel was also to receive analimony obligation dated 30 June 1803 .

[17659] Data from Tuccinardi's file. Per Aunt Evelyn Sculley, they had acomfortable log house - as she remembers it, it had about 6 rooms,(2-3 bedrooms upstairs) and a large screened front porch. A pump inthe kitchen and a necessary house out in back. They raised sheep andalfalfa. She was a postmistress for the surrounding ranches - the postoffice address was Garland, Montana and that was a corner of theliving room. The ranchers usually came on horseback to pick up theirmail. The nearest town was Miles City.
