He was commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF byGeneral Curtis E. LeMay, Jun 11 1965. He earned an MS in Meteorologyat the University of Michigan in 1969. He earned an MBA with hisMajor in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary's College, Emmitsburg, MD in1982. Michael was Certified as a Computer Professional (CCP) in 1994when ICCP converted CDP and CSP to CCP. He gained a Certificate inData Processing (CDP) in 1984, became Certified Systems Professional(CSP) in 1985 and a Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) 1988. He retiredfrom USAF Sep 1 1985 with the rank of Major. He began working for OAOCorp. Jul 23 1985 as a Senior Systems Analyst. Michael terminatedemployment with OAO Corporation Aug 30 1988 and began working forNetwork Systems Corporation as a Systems Engineer. While at OAO, heworked as a Senior Systems Analyst, Team Leader, and Branch OfficeManager. He began working as a Senior Systems Engineer with NetworkSystems Corp. Aug 31 1987. He became a Consulting Systems Engineer inJan 1989.
