Data from Fricke gives her name as Theodora Dorethia G. Schaaf. In1945, Dorothea's name was mentioned in the obituary of her brother,Rev. Constantine Schaaf. She received First Holy Communion on 9 Apr1893 in Cincinnati. She was buried from St. James, White Oak in St.Mary's Cemetery, St. Bernard, Cincinnati, OH.
Theodora Dorothia G. Schaaf was the way her name was listed in theChurch Book in
Trier at the Archiv when Doug found it in 1994. In her American adultlife she probably used Dorothea Celestine. We don't know where theCelestine came from.
