Her maiden name is listed as Worden on the death certificate ofdaughter, Eliza M., with her
husband (Martin L. Tibbetts) as the informant. It is more possiblethat her surname is WELDON as that name seems to be repeated in thefamily. There is a Warham WELDON residing in Cattaraugus Co., NY, in1835, the place the Warren family was residing at that time, andthought to be the place of their marriage.
Her oldest son being named Warham Weldon Warren, makes a very goodpossibility that this family is somehow connected. The name of Weldonis carried down in the family, rather than Worden, as well as thegiven name of Wesley which is the name of a son of Warham Weldon, andtherefore the name of her brother.
