Richard inherited the parental dwelling-plantation and also theportion of the estate on which he lived.
Obituary: February 27, 1755, the "Maryland Gazette" " RichardWarfield, age 79, died last Sunday of the Pleurisy, at his plantationon the Patapsco Road about 9 miles from Annapolis. He served manyyears as Magistrate and Representative of the Assembly".
