[34] Hannah's will is dated March 6, 1765. She bequeaths to her daughterHannah, her great Bible and liberty to sit in her pew in theMarlborough meeting house, as long as she remains a single woman.Most of her other real and personal property by the will was given toher son Francis who was also executor. He died however before hismother's death, and Daniel Harrington was appointed Admin. Nov. 8,1773.

Hannah was the great granddaughter of Richard Newton, born in England1601, who was the first settler in the plantation at Sudbury,Massachusetts, 1638. Murray M. Brown, Some Descendents of IsaacAmsden of Cambridge Massachusetts, (1934).

Warnick gives Hannah's birth as 1697.All data from Simms.
